See, I started gaining weight. Not because I hate myself (there are better reasons to do so), but because I think it’s dangerous to blackout after physical activities. I’m at a healthy BMI of 19.5 now and already feeling better. You can do this, fellow skinny dudes! I just can’t gain weight bro. Idk why. I eat more than some of my friends that are heavier than me, yet I can’t gain any weight. I’m healthy and shit but I look skinny, which I think looks bad. Sorry, bro just doesn’t agree. We shouldn’t encourage people to be fat even its not as unhealthy as obese.

What really helped me was exercising more. To be fair, I also have to eat more than I would like sometimes. Splitting it into smaller meals would be optimal, but I surely won’t cook five times a day. So I mostly eat very carbohydrate-heavy meals like noodles and rice, which are easy to prepare as well. You could just count calories and activity for a while and see if it is your metabolism or diet. Though to be fair, it is still a bit difficult, maybe you’re growing then you’ll burn more obv, or you have an unbalanced diet. It is really hard to gain just as it is to lose for some people and depending on you age.
