It’s Never A Mannequin Vintage Shirt

Oh yeah, Wild Country was like discovering Jonestown foe the 2nd time. No wonder my parents (I was born in 83) were always ultra-paranoid that I would join a cult. I never understood it. Makes a little more sense now especially because I was more interested in yoga, travel, sex, and marijuana than Jesus and Sunday school. I just went down the rabbit hole of Rajneeshpuram for the last hour and I thank you for this.

I used to work for a law office that did a lot of title track for real estate. There’s a tradition or cultural artifact in black families, at least in the South, where every child gets a % piece of property of land rather than dividing the land out in equal portions. Will the court rule like that even if there’s a contract that requires majority consent to sell?
