Many nursing homes are shit or they just hire people who just don’t care. Last year my grandma has prescribed two water pills which basically overclocked her kidneys and they started to fail. Things were fine for a while with dialysis. But then a negligent thing happened which lead to us losing her.

I just feel so bad. I wish I would have noticed, but I’m not at her home when she gets her morning meds or night ones. She lives in a senior living apartment building and because of COVID, they’re not allowed to have visitors really. You can drop stuff off, but you gotta be quick. I’m staying the night with her but they don’t know, so I’ll be able to give her the morning meds, and the actual nurse will be here for her pain management in about 5 hours…
