And they never ever shit on me for eating meat or for any of my life choices. Then there was this girl who was pushing her boyfriend (a friend – pescatarian) to go vegan and once broke up with him because she smelled salmon on his breath. She also had an existential crisis because someone told her that the train she takes to work kills insects on the way. I think it’s more about accepting that your life will have an impact and trying to minimize that impact – whether through reducing waste or going cruelty-free as much as possible.
