People will expect you to take care of yourself, to ask for what you want and don’t want. No one will try to figure you out after a certain point. Being offended is something you’ll have to learn to deal with instead of oozing gall over the person who upset you (or worse, people who had nothing to do with it). It’s just a matter of perspective.
