I’ve seen and read a lot about this stuff but how you wrote it here, hit me pretty hard. I’ve still been eating meat maybe once a week or less. My husband on board to quit meat. This might tip me over the edge. The hard part is what to feed my meat-eating kids with their daily cheese and salami sandwich, milk, yogurt, and weekend chicken or mince pasta.
It’s a snack for them or half a main meal. One of them is allergic to lentils and beans and nuts. I’m pretty intolerant to avocado love it but my throat closes up and feels like I have a million cuts in my mouth when I eat it, the other one had bad skin from tomatoes of all things.
