I’ll find it too hard to feed her a strictly vegan diet. Any alternatives that are kinda natural at least? Veg can only get me so far. I’ve eaten at vegan restaurants but unless my kid grows out of her allergies (we carry several EpiPens for her), I can’t make the change for them just yet. I could for it for myself at some stage.
Working with a kid who has legume allergies would probably be tough. If they’re allergic to all beans and all nuts, maybe you could try a healthy variety of seeds and wheat protein aka seitan which has a very similar texture to meat when made correctly.
