My guess is that the Durham investigation isn’t going the way he thought it would. He is desperately trying to recreate 2016 and try to have something come up between the FBI and Biden like the emails. I think he has come to the realization there isn’t anything out there to magically pop up and save him.

A day or so ago he sabotaged his own campaign by stopping negotiations on a bail-out package, it seems he either wants to lose or knows that he has lost, and “Biden should be indicted” will be the meme he’ll trot out after the election along with the excuse that he deliberately tried to get Trump impeached.
