I’ve dealt with these pests a few times. My advice to you is to immediately heat treat your house. Get space heaters in your sealable rooms and put them at the highest setting for roughly a week straight. DO NOT enter the room/open the door unless you are sticking a foot in to check and make sure the heater is doing its job & not burning your house down.

For things like couches or upholstery in living rooms and dining rooms, use a powerful steamer. Steam furniture twice a day for about a week straight. Make sure to get ALL of your clothes washed and dried. Dry them on the highest heat setting. Same with your bedding. Go to the store and buy allergen mattress covers with SEALED zippers.
