Parents should probably stop lying to their kids about Santa, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy anyway. Studies have shown that children are less likely to trust what their parents say to them after years of being lied to. Maybe this will be the first step in getting rid of them once and for all.

Personally I think it’s time we stop lying to kids about the world being magical in fake ways and show them how it’s magical through science and truth. They don’t deserve to get their hopes up only to be lied to.
