I entered the cardboard challenge. I won some awards for making cardboard hanging lanterns. I had used dollar store LED flickering tea lights for them, so it was pretty fired safely. I had come up with them to illuminate my kids’ treehouse. I used to be into Instructables.com. it was all about making incredible stuff out of whatever you had.

We bought a TV oh probably around 2003 before we had our first kid. The TV lasted for about 10 years. At that time we had 4 kids. The box has moved from house to house with us, all the while being used by the kids as a fort, a bin to hold stuffed animals, and general plaything. It outlasted the TV for about 5 years. Finally threw the box away a couple of years ago.
