I thought coffee was bitter until I moved to Seattle and started tasting and brewing my own, the flavors you can get are incredible. Drinking poorly brewed, bulk coffee, that’s sat on shelves for months, and saying all coffee is bad is like judging all beer based on natty light. I’ll admit that finding a good cup of coffee is difficult and that most coffee shops make terrible coffee.

My personal favorite is Starbucks’ iced coffee and cold brew, but only so long as they’re unsweetened, and no milk (as I’m severely allergic to dairy). People always shit on Starbucks, and while I agree that their hot brews are terrible, the cold stuff is great (provided there’s no sweetener).
