I think Trump has given up on winning votes and is now relying on post-election legal strategy. His lawyers will sue in every state that’s polled even close and will demand that all mail-in ballots be thrown out if they come from Democratic areas. They’ll echo Trump’s “massive voter fraud” claims despite having zero proof (because it doesn’t exist). If he can sue to stop Democratic votes from being counted, then he doesn’t need to win votes at all.
What’s great about this is that Trump has no choice but to comply. He HAS to pray for a debate miracle as he’s down by about 8 points and that deficit won’t magically close with no reason. My question is how stringent this will be enforced. I’m guessing not at all.
