He’s either drunk, high, on psychedelics, having a diabetic attack, or going through a manic episode. The weird thing is he’s a normal looking guy in his late 60s but he is a bit of a hippie. I was really said earlier for this reason. I am from the UK. Large numbers of people in the UK seem to have completely lost a sense of reality. I know it might be overblown, but at least 20 5G towers have been attacked recently as people think 5G is what is causing the pandemic.
