This doesn’t make sense. Excavation of a fossil takes an insanely long time and is incredibly meticulous. The pictures show it as maybe 1/3 to 1/2 excavated. There is no way in hell they discovered this and excavated it to its a current condition in a day, more like a month. And if they’re saying they’re done IE it’s fully excavated, it isn’t. I guess it’s a testament to how low modern education standards are, the utterly insane nature of most replies.

Keep in mind that the original dinosaur’s skull wasn’t that heavy. The fossilization process involves minerals replacing bone over time. So, what we have is a rock representation of what was a skull, but it still blows my mind that things that big existed everywhere.
