I have seen so many disturbing cost-saving methods that I will never eat out again. So many dropped ribs, wings, and steaks just thrown back on the grill or in the fryer…Oh, I don’t miss that life. After the pandemic and ensuing lockdowns, I stopped eating out and haven’t done so in 4 months. Now that I realize how easy it is to go without fast food or restaurant food I think I’m just never going to go back. After learning to cook more things at home I have everything I need here and at least I know how it’s being made.
