I’ve talked about this before and people got mad at me for it too which I don’t understand because she’s not the only person who’s done this and it’s not even really on her shoulders but the directors. But the Delicate music video copies a Kenzo perfume ad and choreography by Ryan Heffington (who choreographed Sia’s chandelier)sure. The whole concept and execution are pretty similar though. I know everyone steals from everyone and she’s not the only one making decisions but one was definitely bare minimum inspired by the other

I finished her memoir a few hours ago and was looking at her discography and THAT stood out. Especially when you consider the most recent one was in 2014 Miley kind of has an issue with attention. Around the time the Jonas brothers reunited, she bombarded IG and Twitter with throwbacks, and was doing it in a way to promote She Is Coming. Which is weird since her whole career arc prior was based around separating herself from those things.
