I get it with the amateur record and gold medals but this is big boy boxing now. 135 lbs Floyd/Manny/Crawford is clearly head and shoulders better than Loma.Been saying this for ages and getting downvoted every time. Now that he caught his 2nd loss… where they at?Same here man. They wanna crown this guy with like 13 fights meanwhile Canelo has gone up multiple weight classes (like all the greats do, Floyd, Roy jones, manny, etc) and has a way better resume.

Woo, that’s quite the question. To be honest, I am not really sure. I can say that there are definitely different ways to become an ATG.I think the biggest thing with Loma that would prevent him from hitting the ATG status is the lack of depth of his resume. It’s hard to consider someone an ATG (and I’m only talking about pro) with only 16 fights.
