Nice More Less Than 1 Of Americans Have Ever Seen The Sun Set From A Us Navy Ship I Have Shirt

Management seminars are scams that appeal to unexceptional people who ass kiss their way to a fancy-sounding title making 60k per year. They exist to entertain these types with motivational picturesque quotes like ‘You Cannot Train Motivation”.. seriously picture that poster..probably got Usain Bolt sweating profusely with a fierce determination in his eyes. There are dozens of these schemers who make the circuits of fortune 500 companies, but no successful CEO has ever gained any useful information from a management seminar. They are designed to give the attendees easily digestible factoids that leave them feeling good as they walk out the doors, and they cost the company less than a rounding error, so while it’s not necessarily very harmful it is entirely useless.

Do not allow yourself to be swayed by a simpleton who actually took the seminar seriously. Just picture Steve Jobs or Bill Gates furiously writing down notes at one of those things. It’s preposterous. They use the same tactics to hype up attendees as MLMs do at their pitches and conferences. There is nothing of value to be gained at these things, except for a brief feeling of excitement that leaves your soul by the time you make it to the parking lot. However, working a job as we know it, punching a clock, or sitting behind a desk for 60 hours a week is hard work. It is also extremely unfulfilling, in my opinion, at a very basic biological level.
