If they had stood in front of the door like normal people and left their out-on-a-raid lighting at home, the guy likely wouldn’t have answered the door with a gun and would have opened the door with a ”hello officer.” Yeah, why would they do that? They move out of sight and then shine a bright as fuck light in his face when he opens the door. They took every step to make sure that he couldn’t easily visually confirm that they were in fact, police officers.
