Personally, I would have gone back. Sitting quietly does nothing. It just means that it’s going to happen to the next person. Even if I can’t change her mind and let her see that she’s being a dumbass by judging people based on how they look, I’d at least let her know that her bullshit won’t go without consequences. The problem with this country is not the idiots being idiots, it’s the fact that they get away with it.

I’ve read some comments asking how this has to do with Trump and maybe this waitress is always like this (racist, rude, whatever). I think how it has to with Trump is this: he is blatantly and unabashedly rude and intolerant to lots of people (women, the disabled, any race other than Caucasian, anyone who isn’t wealthy).
