I’m taking the total cost paid for necessary medical care, including things like what your employer pays for medical insurance, and subtracting that from the total. I’m not counting any cost savings for M4A, since I think those cloud the picture. I took currently estimated expenditures and subtracted that from the $40T number that was on the high end for M4A.
