Don’t quote people in this way. ‘this outbreak no matter who’s president’ is not a quote. I know, I must be fun at parties! There are situations where you can fill in a quote with your own words for clarity and context when it doesn’t change the meaning but this is right on the line.
Right but Trump is already president and Fauci isn’t walking away so we already know he’ll stay if Trump continues on. And I can’t imagine he’d mind Biden in charge. It just seems weird that anyone was questioning him on this.
