Idk man I put a splash of creamer in, like teaspoon maybe a tablespoon and to me it is just absolutely delicious! I do like it black but a splash of creamer makes it just perfect. I’ll definitely give you that it smells better than it tasted because my goodness it smells amazing.

The pooping regulation and caffeine are just a nice bonus as I’ve never struggled with energy levels or constipation. I’m actually doing the carnivore diet and the only cheat I do is coffee creamer actually.
