Location, gender, age, traffic history, etc. You might live in an area that has a low risk for accidents, but I’m in rural suburbia and others still pay less than me and I have never gotten a ticket nor been in an accident and I’m hitting 30 soon. I even called them but they raised it again at my next renewal.
