Roughly 50% of people are vitamin D deficient and that number goes up in older people and in minority groups because people with dark skin make less and they absorb less sunlight super convenient thing that happened this year was that sometime in January or February my doctor notified me that I was deficient in Vitamin D and I got prescribed OTC pills that have lasted me through this year.
