I think that all true NB and Trans folks have some form of dysphoria, just to varying amounts. A transexual will usually have very overt, prolonged, and consistent dysphoria resulting in mental distress. Whereas your typical NB person will have a more subtle, infrequent dysphoria regarding more social aspects of gender identity and occasionally bodily dysphoria.
