Does your data on tech companies include the people who were refused for the job and the ethnic makeup of the people applying? that seems like a more impactful stat than just looking at the people working there… and do you think that diversity of opinion and skill can be achieved without forcing diversity of race.
Where are the numbers on online harassment? It seems most of the conversation in academic literature is around cyberbullying in school/college-aged cohorts but doesn’t address the broader population? I’ve yet to see major social platforms like Twitter, Facebook.
