I always make the water a touch too hot and sit in the tub while it fills so I adjust to the heat while it’s getting full. Then I can stay in a lot longer because my body temp is higher. I have to drink a crap ton of water though. Totally worth it. Lol. Epsom salts actually help heal certain things, as well as help relax your body. Unless you have a huge wound Epsom salts are really good to use. And if you try essential oils buy them from a good company. Fragrance oils are not the same!
