I’ve always biked, but not like now. Having depression usually means not having any hobby, just being there seeing how time goes by), and I started riding and riding. Tomorrow I’m planning to ride 100km (around 60 miles) and that will make 1000Km for me this year. Biking is an awesome sport. You feel sad? Go biking, every worry will be gone in 30 minutes.
