Someone who has not paid walks in the room and the system detects unauthorized eyes and pauses the movie until everyone in the room makes the offender leave, or pay up so they can continue. Wasn’t there already a company that filed a patent for that? I can remember reading it some time ago.
The Kinect was discontinued, but the patent is there. And with the increase in smart TVs, I can see big corporations pushing for inv camera or sensors that “would enhance viewing experience” and eventually used to charge extra. People are so compliant that Disney could literally tell them in order to get their subscription they need to buy a camera.
