They are claiming fraud without evidence of fraud, and they are offering money for proof of fraud. Yeah, that’s not how it works. That’s what conspiracy theorists do and that’s why anyone with a shred of intelligence can see through it. If there is a “mountain of evidence” then why didn’t they show up to court with said evidence? They showed up with allegations and that’s it.
In short, the judge is demanding Trump’s attorneys make it clear, for the record, that the attorneys for Trump disagree with Trump’s assessment of the situation as “fraud”. If Fox News wants to ‘misreport’ that the dispute is over fraud, they have to say “Well Trump says it’s fraud and we’re just repeating what Trump said while specifically excluding the well-known fact that Trump’s lawyer said in court on the record it was absolutely not fraud and which every other news source accurately reported as not fraud.”
