This has to be a super common thing. Even before I saw Truman show I was in 7th grade and thought people were walking around filming me I’ve had friends say the same thing when they were around that age. I should say I don’t think that now but it seems like something maybe everyone goes through and certain people kinda hold on to that idea? I had a friend that suffered this after binging on psychedelics for an extended period of time. He thought he found a way out by driving his SUV into a playground. Luckily it was empty at the time and he spent a while in a psych unit recovering (he was technically correct since he no longer suffers from the delusion).
