The world wants this so badly for you all. I believe Pence would do it. But he’d have to get a majority of the Secretaries on board. I can imagine that is a terrifying conversation to start though. Of course, plenty of them knows he’s a monster. But there has to be a lot of fear and distrust among the ranks… everyone’s probably too scared to speak up among each other out of fear it’ll get back to Trump. I think Schumer, Pelosi, and Romney should get together and have at least one of them step up to the plate and call for the invocation. Someone in Congress has to start this conversation and get the wheels turning.

I agree in theory, but I don’t believe Pence would do it. Trump is still insanely popular among Republicans, and his approval rating is very high with those voters. Evoking the 25th amendment would be seen as a betrayal, and Trump would effectively be made a martyr among Republican voters. Pence’s days in office, and everyone who supported him, would end at the very first opportunity those voters have to get them out. I don’t believe all of those politicians would be willing to effectively fall on their swords for the good of the country.
