We’ve all seen the houses with the Confederate flag, Thin Blue Line flag, Trump flag… it’s the trifecta of trying to show the world you are racist while maintaining plausible deniability. Though outside of the most regrettable parts of the south, the confederate flag is seen as a racist symbol these days. They salute false flags like the Blue Line flag or the Confederate flag. They wear their goddamn flags from tacky shirts and pants bought at Walmart and they have their flags raised in snow, wind, and rain.

I have seen a couple of Biden signs on people’s lawns. Just a regular one, nothing big. Other than that, nothing. But Trump supporters, oh man, do they overdo it. Stickers, banners, flags, hats, shirts, over-sized signs on their laws, etc. It’s absolutely nuts. I have never seen that in my life. It’s quite odd to me how someone would go that far with the merch especially a political figure. Another thing I don’t get is that Republicans act all patriotic and show love for the American flag. No issues there. They say you can’t burn, step, or vandalize it in any way and you must stand up for it when they sing the national anthem.
