Same as me, the pictures are terrible and I’m glad there is an investigation, however, they included a quote saying animal testing isn’t necessary anymore when we both know, unfortunately, it is for the foreseeable future. The use of the 3 Rs is important though.

If this facility was not up to ethical and welfare standards, and the source was reputable, they would clearly state the violations, and a change in leadership and practice oversight would be the reasonable course of action, and research should continue under different staff for the benefit of humanity.
