Bam is outstanding and I love him but Bam could have never done this. Jimmy is a top 10 player IMO and in a moment like this, give me Jimmy over a lot of other “superstars” commonly considered better than him. Jimmy is an absolute fucking dawg. There’s been this conception going around Heat fans that Bam is our best player and it’s apparently “obvious”.

In reality, Jimmy is just one of the most unselfish superstars out there and doesn’t have to “get his” to have a huge impact. But he absolutely can “get his” and more, as proven in tonight’s game and a few other big moments we’ve had in this run. He can elevate his game to a level nobody else on our team is capable of.
