It kind of makes sense if you think about it. All the really big busts are at ports. Once something comes in from a Port of Entry, the very first thing they do is split it up for distribution and sale. Local cops aren’t doing that. Local cops are dealing with the end-users of those products, and rarely have the opportunity to Target the Distributors who have crossed multiple state lines in order to sell their dope.

I come to the comments because I always do but I knew it was gonna be true, and even if it was false police (all over the world, I’m not American), have done and still do worse things so yeah, it’s sad that I’m not even shocked by these things anymore, I still get sad though.
