It’s weird being a Canadian and watching from the outside, seeing how completely brainwashed some people there are regarding this guy, including my American family members. It’s so blatant that he’s a POS, inept president, but they’re willing to go to any length to pretend he’s not – completely ignoring any semblance of logic while bitching and moaning about liberals. It’s all so bafflingly stupid from an outside perspective.
Much like the many Nazis and Nazi sympathizers that popped up in the US in the years leading up to WW2. Dictators garner support from the vile and stupid whenever they’re heard. It’s like some portion of the population is programmed to eat up bullshit from tyrants.
