I never even before COVID have ever touched anything then touched food without washing my hands first. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 11 years. If something as simple as washing hands before starting to cook is too difficult pre or post COVID y out need to have a serious re-evaluation of what job or career you have chosen if you can’t give enough fuks to wash your hands when preparing food.
