I don’t know what this sub is cheering for. Close the schools too, and restrict private gatherings. If we don’t do that, we are just bullying and hurting targeted sectors in the name of public health, on and on, with no end in sight because there’s just no way we get the virus counts low enough to do contact tracing. We’re in a never-ending loop.

We have banned indoor dining and gyms for almost 2 months. And we all know how it works out, and how effective it is. Don’t pretend you don’t know. Something else is in play to keep the virus going, and if we don’t control that, and just reactively and reflexively ban the gyms and indoor dining (and now small businesses) every time we panic, we are only adding to their suffering like a collective dictatorship.
