Someone will stand in line for 5 minutes and watch every other person in front of them wait for the counter to be cleaned and for them to be called up, and then proceed to walk up as soon as the previous customer leaves and throw all their shit onto the counter as I’m in the middle of cleaning it.

This is my biggest fast-food gripe. We’re all standing in line for 15 minutes and when it’s their turn they didn’t spend any of that time looking at the god damn menu to streamline service for everyone else.
