I realized early on that if you want to play FIFA against humans but casually, online seasons are the way to go. You just pick a real club or national teams. All the microtransaction crap is gone and everyone is limited to the same teams. I wish more people played it.

Got hooked on Ultimate Team and although I had a decent team built up through play, I was coming up against people with players that were outrageously overrated, like a 98 rated Benzema and other players of a similar level. Impossible to compete with when you get maximum of 2 hours a night to play
