So true! I hate to see people talking as if those who do bad things will be punished, that bad people will regret their choices or face karma. I’ve known some pretty nasty people who had it easy all their lives and died peacefully of old age. Meanwhile, my grandma was a very sweet person, suffered through all of her life, from slavery as a child, to abusive marriage as an adult, to end up withering and dying too young from cancer.

The world is brutally unfair. Even if you bust your ass working on something, you can still fail and see someone who barely works gets everything you want. Even so, the world does not owe you anything. You can still fail the next time, but you’ll only have a chance on succeeding if you try. But it’s also okay to be bad at stuff but still, do it. You’re not going to respawn.
