Considering the things Congress has done, it isn’t much of a criticism to say Bernie “doesn’t get things done”. The rest of the gang has been gleefully screwing the working class over every chance they got supporting corporate America at every turn, drafting ridiculous crime bills all whilst fueling the military-industrial complex along the way. That’s what their definition of “getting things done” is, and he was right to fight them along the way. Even if you take an overly broad definition of bills passed and enacted into law, Sanders has only sponsored 3 bills that became law. For a dude that has been in congress longer than most of his supporters have been alive, that’s pretty sad.
