I “recovered” from this initial infection, but EVERY single month or so since then, for 1-3 days my lungs begin to feel so damaged, like I’ve got an infection again, my temperature flares up, and I feel weak and can’t breathe well. I test negative. Then it suddenly goes away, everything is normal, only for it to return a few weeks later. It’s been like this ever since. I’m not even sure what to do to help it.

Same. Sporadic cough, itchy lungs (of all things), sore eyes, fatigue, bad sleep. It doesn’t externally slow me down but mentally it’s grueling at times. I refuse to give in but sometimes I just feel like crying tbh. I can no longer exercise to the same ability, my body feels much less healthy, it just feels damaged. Incredibly sad.
