The difference is that you are actually getting stuff done, those staff and managers have nothing to do and are bored. My old company was like this. Managers would be literally cutting their hair at their desk, doing arts and crafts, checking sports scores, and watching comedy sketches. But they all can do that because YOU are getting the work done. Congrats!
