Good for her, but I’ve made some observations based upon the first post of her and her Instagram. While I applaud her desire for fitness, at that age it’s more for overall health than looks. Her arms look really buff, but only when she’s lifting or has just lifted. If she’s out and about, her arms look like regular old lady arms – and I say this as a 60 yr old active female. There is no gym routine, lotion or potion, that will restore the skin’s elasticity and firmness that will show off the musculature underneath when you’re at the grocery store or having lunch with the gals. It’s a sad truth that I’m starting to come to terms with, despite my level of activity and desire to have Linda Hamilton Terminator arms.
