Greenhouse frogs in Florida maybe. That was just some quick searches don’t know enough about frogs and toads to make any specific guesses though. It really looks just like the images of the tiny frogs in Madagascar though.

Some frog species are much smaller as adults than they were as tadpoles so depending on which species of frog this is, the tadpole stage may not have been super tiny.
