Do not replace cigarettes with food, not even tiny candies. Instead, I leaned into the situation and let that urge to smoke weaken and disappear. Never give an inch to the desire to smoke. Figure out how much you were spending on cigarettes every week and make that money real. Look at all that cash!!! Put weekly cig money in your sock drawer. You will be dumbfounded.
